And yes, I have shut the thing down completely and turned it back on. It doesn't look like I can uninstall anything. This is from my Kindle HDX but Im pretty sure it is the same on the HD as well as on the regular Fire, as I have all. If you arent, you need to select the network and enter the network password. If you are connected, you dont need to do anything. The closest thing I can find to a "solution" anywhere is to uninstall Spotify and reinstall it, but I have no idea how to do that on a Kindle. It will show you the Wi-Fi network you are connected to our those available. It won't even play the music I downloaded while it was still working. It says this now, even when I know there is a WiFi connection, and I can surf the web and check my email and all that. Then one day, it decided that there is no internet connection. Amazon Kindle Fire HD, Kindle Fire HDX, and the Fire HD tablet now come with Skype preinstalled so you can enjoy all the great Skype features such as free Skype-to-Skype voice and video calls, instant messaging and calling mobiles and landlines at great Skype rates. WTF?Īs for my actual problem: I am paying $10 a month for Spotify Premium and mostly what I'm paying for is access on my mobile device, which is a Kindle Fire HD. First of all, I can't believe there's no phone number for tech support.
